Working with Post Carbon Institute to map, refine and communicate their theory of change

Post Carbon Institute is a think-and-do tank working to support the widespread adoption of more resilient, sustainable and just systems as the polycrisis deepens by providing individuals, communities and organisations with the tools to understand and respond to the interrelated ecological, economic, energy and equity crises of our time.

We worked closely with PCI to refine and organise their theory of change around their community resilience work, helping to bring coherence and clarity to a body of thinking that had been developed over years of practice. Alongside the strategic development, we produced a visual asset that translated the theory of change into something PCI’s team could use in presentations and conversations with funders and partners, becoming a a tool for both internal alignment and external communication.
